Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and organised Personal Assistant/Administration Officer to join the team of the college as a permanent member of staff. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the college's senior management and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and organise meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
