Office Assistant role

Our client are a independent estate agent based in Southall looking for a local office assistant to work in a busy office supporting the director and team with admin duties as well as doing reception duties front of house.

You will be doing the following,

Meeting and greeting clients/walk/in
Making calls to landlords and tenants
Registering applicants
Managing teams diaries
Answering calls
Supporting with admin duties

Must have:

Good IT skills
Excellent telephone manner
Be local
Can do attitude and multi task
Must be bilingual (Hindi/Punjabi/Urdu or Gujrati)
Smart and well spoken
