Assistant Technical and Quality Manager

- Assisting with leading and managing the technical team and aligning performance with Company objectives

- Mentoring and guiding team and fostering a culture of accountability

- Developing and delivering training programmes to ensure employers understand food safety standards

- Maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring compliance with standards

- Liaising with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality and safety standards

- Managing internal audits and ensuring compliance with quality and safety protocols
