We are looking for a highly organised and driven Front of House Manager to lead operations at a sleek, new build-to-rent development in London. This vibrant BTR hotel-style property boasts exceptional amenities and requires an efficient, approachable manager to oversee the reception team and deliver a first class, engaging customer experience. You'll be responsible for overseeing the reservation system, ensuring efficiency and accuracy, while maintaining top-tier front-of-house procedures that set the tone for a flawless guest experience. You'll ensure they deliver outstanding service with enthusiasm and professionalism. Ultimately, your goal is to guarantee that every member feels valued, engaged, and leaves with a smile, creating lasting memories with each visit.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Managing the smooth operation of arrivals and departures, supporting your team to ensure check-ins and check-outs are conducted correctly.
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the upkeep of the rooms is consistent.
  • Ensure the property management system is consistently updated and kept current.
  • Conduct a regular audit on membership payments to ensure payments are made on time.
  • Chase any late payments.
  • Conducting sales tours as required.
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving any member concerns or issues promptly, professionally and with empathy.

Who we are looking for?

  • Experience in a Front of House role (preferably within residential / hotels)
  • Scrupulous attention to detail and very strong organisational skills
  • Exceptional leadership skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Flexibility to multitask and motivate a team across various working hours.
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
