We're on the hunt for a driven and proactive Finance Analyst to join a collaborative finance team. In this fast-paced role, you'll be right at the heart of the business. You'll be working closely with teams across the business, providing financial insights and support to help drive performance and ensure our projects hit key financial targets.This role comes with an annual salary of up to £49,000 dependant on experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to hit key cost, investment, and inventory targets.
  • Supporting the planning and forecasting process.
  • Helping project teams achieve their budget and business goals.
  • Taking control of project financials, from spend requests to budget adjustments.
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly financial reports on profitability, resource allocation, and CAPEX.
  • Leading on project approvals, budgeting, and forecasting for both capital and expenses.
  • Presenting financial updates to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Representing Finance in cross-functional problem-solving teams.
  • Supporting profitability modelling.
  • Challenging operations to drive cost efficiencies and meeting CAPEX targets.

Candidate Skills and Attributes:

  • Studying towards completion of CIMA, ACCA, or relevant qualifications through experience.
  • Degree educated (2:1 or above).
  • Strong financial background with confident communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in financial product creation is desirable.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
