Location: Southam, Warwickshire
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00

What You'll Do:
As our new Administrator, you will enjoy a varied and engaging role, including:
- Handling key documentation and administrative tasks for prestigious investment funds.
- Conducting thorough client onboarding and compliance procedures, including Know Your Customer (KYC).
- Maintaining detailed and confidential client records.
- Building relationships through direct communication with clients, providing professional and responsive service.
- Ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards and confidentiality guidelines.
- Using your initiative and enthusiasm to support a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For:
- A graduate who is organised, detail-oriented, and driven to succeed or an experienced Administrator looking for more responsibility and rewards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Experience in a relevant internship or fast-paced work environment would be advantageous but not essential.
