Location: Southam, Warwickshire
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00

What You'll Do:

As our new Administrator, you will enjoy a varied and engaging role, including:

  • Handling key documentation and administrative tasks for prestigious investment funds.
  • Conducting thorough client onboarding and compliance procedures, including Know Your Customer (KYC).
  • Maintaining detailed and confidential client records.
  • Building relationships through direct communication with clients, providing professional and responsive service.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Using your initiative and enthusiasm to support a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • A graduate who is organised, detail-oriented, and driven to succeed or an experienced Administrator looking for more responsibility and rewards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
