Crowe Watson Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Audit and Accounts Semi Senior to join our client, a reputable firm of Chartered Accountants in Southampton. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of audits for a variety of clients.
  • Preparing accounts and financial statements for review.
  • Supporting senior team members in delivering exceptional client service.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Contributing to the training and mentoring of junior staff.
Skills & Experience:
  • AAT/ACA/ACCA student or part-qualified.
  • At least 2 years' experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
