This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, leading audit assignments, and taking on increasing responsibility within a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and feedback
  • Liaise with clients to ensure audit requirements are met efficiently
  • Prepare audit reports and financial statements in compliance with regulations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of audit and accounting standards
  • Assist in business development and contribute to client relationship management
Skills & Experience:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and accounting regulations
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and work to deadlines
  • A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail
