This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, leading audit assignments, and taking on increasing responsibility within a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and feedback
- Liaise with clients to ensure audit requirements are met efficiently
- Prepare audit reports and financial statements in compliance with regulations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of audit and accounting standards
- Assist in business development and contribute to client relationship management
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Minimum of three years' experience in a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and accounting regulations
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work to deadlines
- A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail
