This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading audits, working closely with clients, and mentoring junior team members within a supportive and high-performing firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading audits from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Reviewing the work of junior staff and providing training and mentorship.
  • Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact.
  • Preparing financial statements in line with relevant reporting standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with audit regulations and best practices.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency.
Skills & Experience:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or finalist level).
  • At least three years’ previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong experience in external audit within an accountancy practice.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of UK auditing standards and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
