Financial Controller

A growing and dynamic organisation is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead its finance function and provide strategic financial oversight. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring financial efficiency, compliance, and profitability while working closely with commercial, operational, and project teams.

What will the Financial Controller role involve?

• Oversee the production of weekly and monthly financial reports.
• Lead cash flow forecasting and financial planning.
• Manage and develop the finance team.
• Provide financial insight and cost control support at project review meetings, working with commercial and operational teams.
• Drive process improvements and develop finance policies and procedures.

Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller role:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with or qualified by experience.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to develop and manage a finance team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
