Michael Page is exclusively working with a highly reputable manufacturing business based on the outskirts of central Southampton who is looking for Internal Audit Support for approximately 6-9 months within their accountancy team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in supporting with the audit of the company.

Our client based on the outskirts of central Southampton, is going through an exciting time where lots of internal projects are happening! Given the nature of these projects, they need external support to continue with the day to day duties. The offices are easily accessible for those who use public transport as well as offering free parking for those who drive.
Description
As the Internal Audit Support, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with auditors
- Dealing with auditor's queries
- Producing appropriate information as required by the auditor
- Review month end processes
- Trial balance up to the group
- Fixed asset
- Cash & bank
- Any other duties as and when required throughout the project
Profile
The chosen candidate for the Internal Audit Support role, will be able to do most, if not all, of the above.
