Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of sales ledger and accounts payable duties.
  • Posting of monthly journals for prepayments & any other adjustments required.
  • Assist in the production of the Management Accounts
  • Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Assist in the preparation of the monthly Profit & Loss Schedules.
  • Assist with the preparation of account for all inter-company transactions.
  • Assist in finalising the Year End accounts.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a similar account’s role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in Sage 200
