- Loading of invoices into the system, checking them and ensuring they are accurate
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve any issues and acting as a key point of contact for queries
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Processing expense claims, acting as the point of call for employees with queries
- Generating BACS and foreign payment runs when needed
