We are seeking a bright, ambitious, and enthusiastic Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our clients finance team on a temporary 3-month contract. This role offers a diverse and varied finance experience within an established, growing, and successful company. The ideal candidate will support the Purchase Ledger Supervisor with day-to-day functions, ensuring that supplier invoices and payments are processed within deadlines.
Day to Day of the role:- Manage day-to-day functions, processing of supplier invoices and payments.
- Accurate data entry of supplier invoices.
- Process supplier payments.
- Supplier statement reconciliation.
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve any invoice queries.
- General administration tasks as required to ensure the team meets deadlines.
- Previous Administration/Finance experience is preferred.
- Ideally studying or completed AAT level 2 qualification is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong Excel skills are essential.
