Quality Assurance (QA) Associate
Salary: £25,095 - £27,500 per annum DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday - 37 ½ hours per week
Location: Central Southampton (Hybrid working options after probationary period)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

As a Quality Assurance Associate, you'll play a crucial role in developing and managing the quality assurance processes.
Mian Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular quality audits, including call listening, across all Operations areas (Originations, Complaints, Underwriting, and Servicing).
- Monitoring and providing feedback on individual and team quality metrics, creating detailed reports for Operations management and the Senior Management Team.
- Collaborating with Operations teams to develop and implement action plans for quality improvement.
- Monitoring control effectiveness and recommending improvements.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Promoting continuous improvement across all operational areas.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- High level of integrity.
- Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in report writing or presenting findings.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, call monitoring, or coaching (not essential).
- Experience analysing data to identify trends.
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
