Quality Assurance (QA) Associate

Salary: £25,095 - £27,500 per annum DOE

Hours: Monday - Friday - 37 ½ hours per week

Location: Central Southampton (Hybrid working options after probationary period)

As a Quality Assurance Associate, you'll play a crucial role in developing and managing the quality assurance processes.

Mian Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular quality audits, including call listening, across all Operations areas (Originations, Complaints, Underwriting, and Servicing).
  • Monitoring and providing feedback on individual and team quality metrics, creating detailed reports for Operations management and the Senior Management Team.
  • Collaborating with Operations teams to develop and implement action plans for quality improvement.
  • Monitoring control effectiveness and recommending improvements.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Promoting continuous improvement across all operational areas.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in report writing or presenting findings.
  • Previous experience in quality assurance, call monitoring, or coaching (not essential).
  • Experience analysing data to identify trends.
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
