Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Branch Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to the branch manager. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling engineer jobs, ensuring that both internal and external customer needs are met in line with service excellence and agreed SLAs. You'll play a key role in increasing the utilisation of engineers in your designated areas, contributing to the overall success of the branch.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule engineer jobs in line with customer needs and service agreements.
  • Provide administrative support to the branch manager with a proactive approach.
  • Support your team in delivering the ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver.
  • Maintain a high level of organisation, ensuring that all tasks are completed within set time-frame.
  • Handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to solve problems and make decisions as required.


What You'll Need:

  • Strong administrative skills, ideally within a customer service environment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced administrative or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
