This hybrid role is available for candidates located in Dorset, Devon, Somerset, Wiltshire, or Hampshire.

The salary for this role is £28,728 plus benefits, and it is a 12-month contract for maternity cover.

What You'll Do:

Support the Employee Relations Partner with ER casework

Coach leaders on people-related practices

Navigate fast-paced environments with strong organizational skills

Confidence and capability to prioritize tasks effectively
