What You'll Do:
Support the Employee Relations Partner with ER casework
Coach leaders on people-related practices
Navigate fast-paced environments with strong organizational skills
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in an HR function, ideally as an HR Administrator or HR Officer
Knowledge of employment law and HR processes
Confidence and capability to prioritize tasks effectively
Details:
Salary: £28,728 + benefits
Contract: 12 months (Maternity Cover)
Work Mode: Hybrid, predominantly from home
