Working with a leading UK building supplies specialist in Southampton, we are currently recruiting for a HGV 2 (C+E) Driver who would also be available to assist in the Warehouse as and when required.Â
 Temporary to Permanent, 12-Weeks - Immediate Start Available.
- The main requirement of this role is to work as a Driver using HGV 2 vehicles and delivering from 8-12 drops per day dependent on vehicle size & routes.Â
- There will also be the opportunity to drive an additional range of vehicles from 3.5t+ but the HGV2 license is essential.
- Candidates will also be required to assist in the warehouse when there is not quite the demand for a full driver compliment and the driving days can vary between 3-5 per week dependent on requirements.
- Delivery routes are various and can change dependent on daily requirements and which routes/vehicles may need covering.Â
- Driving days will start earlier and finish earlier and will include overtime when required.
- Warehouse will be slightly later day shifts.
ESSENTIAL:
- Full UK driving licence C+E entitlement to drive HGV 2 vehicles.
- Digital Tacho card.
- Driver CPC.
- Eligible to work in the UK full-time.
- HGV Driver experience and be willing to assist in the warehouse.
This role is 40hrs per week Monday to Friday only + overtime with no weekend work or bank holidays and candidates must be flexible.
