Our amazing client, a 3 Rosette Kitchen near Southampton, are in search of an experienced Pastry Chef. This property is a busy outlet catering for up to 70 covers per service. You would be in charge operationally of the Pastry Section reporting to the executive chef. This kitchen is very much focused on achieving a Michelin star in the years coming so requires an operator who can lead from the line as a true people leader.
