We are recruiting for a motivated Graduate Business Development Manager to join a highly successful logistics company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to get into sales, with some experience in customer-facing roles or a passion for business development.

The Graduate Business Development Role

Working as part of a small but supportive team, you will help generate new business, maintain relationships with current clients, and assist with various sales tasks. This includes reaching out to potential customers, supporting existing accounts,and negotiating terms. This will be a hands on role dealing with B2B Sales.

This role requires you to be in the Southampton office twice a week but you will be home / field based the rest of the time.
