We’re looking for a full-time, qualified Nursery Manager to join our vibrant team based in Southampton. Our ultimate aim is to teach children with an overarching goal of giving them the best early years experience possible. 

The skills and experience you will need

?   Hold a minimum level 4 or 5 Childcare qualification

?   Leadership experience in an early years setting.

?   Skills in coaching and mentoring staff and students.

?   Evidence of achieving high quality of care and education in an early years setting.

?   Good IT knowledge (training will be given on nursery software)

?   Understanding of the role a nursery and holiday club plays in community development.

?   Knowledge of health and safety and ability to complete risk assessments.

?   Ability to meet targets and work to budgets.

?   Evidence of continual professional development.

?   Commitment to equality and celebrating diversity.

?   Possess a current full driving licence.
