Great opportunity for a CNC Miller with 5 Axis experience.
£18-£19 per hour and 40 hours per week
SKILLS
- Working with HEIDENHAIN 530i & 640i CONTROL
- Ideal candidates would have the ability to set a job using a Touch Probe and calibrate/set all tools using a Tool Setter
- Off line programming (Ideal Vero / Visi)
- To work well with others and be part of our team
- Communicate effectively
- Reliable
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Machine Operation
- Setting of Machines
- Able to read complex drawings
- Work to tight tolerances within a time frame
- Check components & conform to drawings
- Manufacture jigs and fixtures as required
- In-process Inspection of parts
- Swarf Management
- Good Machine Housekeeping.
