Synergy Personnel are currently looking for a Contracts manager to join a well-established medium size contractor based near Southampton on a permenant basis.

Salary:70,000 to80,000 + Company Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee 2-4 projects within the commercial, education, and healthcare sectors.
  • Review and analyse contract terms and conditions.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure contract compliance.
  • Address and resolve any contract disputes that may arise.
  • Ensure all contract documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage contract budgets and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of contract law and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
