My client is a Leading specialist Contractor, they are currently looking to appoint, on a permanent basis, a Resident Liaison Officer to be remotely based across their sites in the South west, The Resident Liaison Officer will work closely with the project managers across the region. This role is fundamental to their current and future projects, and you will provide your knowledge, support and expertise to colleagues.

Your responsibilities will includeLead CSR activities, events and initiatives, produce content for the business social media, website and new letters, whilst liaising with the site teams to gain progress reports from site. Whilst developing and managing communications for the projects.

The successful applicant in the role of Resident Liaison Officer will be instrumental in the future development of the environmental and economics of the company's culture to achieve the benefits available through their continuous improvement strategies. You will have experience within a similar role preferably within the construction industry, alongside a strong understanding of Microsoft packages, relevant social Media platforms and strong written, verbal and personable skills.
