Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and engaging students in their learning
- Delivering lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere
- Supporting the educational progress of our students
- Have good behaviour management skills to manage the classroom in line with the schools policies
- Providing the teaching materials and items necessary for the lesson
- Be willing to cover a range of subjects to KS1 and KS2 pupils.
Requirements:
- A passion for education and a desire to inspire students
- Flexibility to adapt to various subjects and age groups
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive and patient attitude
- Experience within a Classroom environment.
