About the Role:

As an Education Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients by sourcing, identifying, and interviewing skilled workers for the education sector. You will work in a fast-paced, successful environment, liaising with existing clients to place candidates on both long-term and daily supply bases. This role involves significant phone communication, arranging meetings, and conducting face-to-face interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and identifying skilled education professionals.
  • Attracting candidates that match school requirements and ethos.
  • Advertising roles on job boards, social media, and our website.
  • Interviewing teachers and teaching assistants.
  • Attending school and local authority meetings.
  • Being sensitive to the delicate situations of the families we support.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in compliance and understanding specific requirements.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry, particularly education.
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
