Your Role Will Include:
- Manage customer orders and proactively ensure that customer expectations are met by collaborating with sales and other departments to enhance the customer journey.
- Handle inbound calls from customers with professionalism and care, utilising sales skills and excellent product knowledge to offer a range of products and services.
- Resolve customer queries and provide exceptional service, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.
- Offer detailed information and quotations tailored to meet customer needs.
- Monitor the team inbox and promptly respond to email enquiries.
- Make follow-up calls to customers regarding their accounts to maintain strong relationships.
- Use the CRM system to plan daily activities, maintain regular contact with customers, and identify and re-engage with non-trading customers.
The Person:
We are looking for a candidate who has prior experience in sales support, whether by directly assisting a team or by working in a sales and service capacity.

Additional Information:
- Working hours are from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday
- The schedule follows a two-week rotation
- The first two weeks are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, followed by two weeks from 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Salary ranges from £28,000 to £32,000, reflecting the city centre location where local parking costs between £8 and £10 per day. Most team members commute by car and park in the area.
