Job Title: Transport and Customer Services Co-ordinator

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Transport and Customer Services Co-ordinator to join our team. This is a crucial role to ensure seamless operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to Customer Services and Logistics, reporting to Customer Services Manager.
- Handle reporting, order confirmations, and chasing orders with both internal planners and external suppliers.
- Manage transport bookings, raise picking lists, and create delivery notes.
- Authorise and verify invoices from transport suppliers.
- Address any other job-related requests promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Administrative experience with a focus on customer-facing roles.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work outside of office hours to generate paperwork remotely.
- A laptop and mobile phone will be supplied.
