The role involves supporting collection duties, making credit control calls, and escalating issues to senior management.

The salary for this position is up to £27,000, depending on experience, along with potential bonuses and additional benefits.

An established business services group is searching for a Business Collections Advisor in Southampton.Your Role:While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:

Supporting collection duties within several client accounts, providing assistance to senior credit controllers on customer queries
Proactively making credit control calls to chase current and overdue debt
Escalating any issues up towards the Collections Manager and senior Credit Controllers
Performing against targets individually whilst contributing to theoverall productivity of the team
Undertaking any additional ad-hoc responsibilities as required by the Senior Management team

You MUST Have:Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:

Previous collections experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong, positive telephone manner
Diligent and organised
Good ability to use Microsoft Office and accounting systems such as Sage
