Document Controller

Fawkes & Reece are currently hiring for a Document Controller to join a dynamic Tier 1 contractor. This fantastic opportunity to join a established Digital team of one of the country's top main contractors to work on a range schemes. Their project portfolio consists of high spec residential, commercial office, stadiums and luxury hotel developments valuing between 20M - 450M across the South and South Coast.

Utilising your previous experience as Document Controller within construction, previous experience using viewpoint, is essential. This role is hybrid with the opportunity to work between their Hampshire based office and home.

Duties include;

• Management and maintain all design documentation in line with company policy & procedures.
• Ensure all design documentation meets approved guidelines
• Liaise and support site team with rolls out of the latest issue of design documentation.
• Responsible for correctly filling the appropriate documentation.
