Job Title: F&B Manager – Luxury Hotel - Hampshire
Salary: up to £45,000 + bonus & benefits
Location: Hampshire
I am currently recruiting for a F&B Manager to join this luxury hotel set in Hampshire. My client is looking for F&B Manager to oversee the restaurants and their operations across the hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fantastic hotel.
About the position
- Responsible for a smooth running of the restaurant & bar outlets
- Create and implement weekly activities in the restaurant and bar
- Drive staff training to the highest level
- Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met
- Assume responsibility of the operations, stock takes and financial results
The successful candidate
- Will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a F&B Manager
- A strong understanding of operations, forecasting and budgets
- A high level of customer service
- Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
- Strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink
