Teaching Assistant (Primary School) - Winchester- September 2024

About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary school in Winchester. In this role, you will work under the direction of the class teacher and the Inclusion Coordinator (INCo) while also using your own initiative to support pupils effectively. A good understanding of SEND and the ability to implement strategies to support pupils with special educational needs is essential.

You do not need previous experience of working in a school setting, but you should have excellent communication skills, a keen interest in child development, and high expectations and aspirations for all students.
