* Experience working as a Teaching Assistant* Have an understanding of the UK national curriculum and assessment* Be able to encourage, nurture and inspire the minds of our children, reassuring them that this is a safe environment to express their personalities and develop their learning abilities.* You MUST be able to commute to Southampton area.
