A Domestic Electrician is needed for a housing association, responsible for testing and remedials, as well as general response repairs on electrical installations.
The role involves liaising with customers and colleagues to ensure effective communication regarding progress and actions taken.
Candidates must have an NVQ Level 3 in electrical installations, 2391 or equivalent 2394 & 95, and must have obtained Achievement Measurement 2.
Relevant experience in social housing and knowledge of the 18th Edition wiring regulations are required for this position.
The job offers a company van and operates Monday to Friday, with a salary of £40,000 per year and a minimum of 3 years of experience required.

Remedials and general response repairs
Testing on electrical installations
Liaise with customers and other colleagues, as appropriate, to ensure all relevant individuals are aware of progress and action taken.

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in electrical installations
2391 or equivalent2394 & 95
Must have obtained Achievement measurement 2
A qualified Electrician with relevant experience in social housing
