• £38,000 - £44,000 DOE

Electrician Position Overview

Lead Electrician required to work in commercial and industrial sectors, including schools and department stores. The role involves installation, maintenance, fault finding, and comprehensive testing of electrical systems to ensure safety and compliance. Works between Southampton and Portsmouth with the odd stay away.

• Install, maintain, and repair wiring, conduit, lighting, and controls in commercial and industrial settings.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine electrical system layouts.
• Ensure work complies with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues using testing devices and equipment.
• Serve commercial and industrial sectors, including schools and department stores, primarily between Southampton and Portsmouth with occasional travel.
• Oversee a team of electricians as a working supervisor

Electrician Position Requirements

• 18th edition
• 2391 testing and inspection
• EV car charging experience (desirable)
• Commercial/industrial experience
• UK Driver's License
