We have a great opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join our Clients team based in Southampton.

The Company are a leading business providing portable accommodation for a range of uses and a broad number of sectors.

Their range includes Site Cabins, mobile toilet units, welfare units (with kitchen built in), First aid rooms, office space and Showers.

About the role - 

On a day-day basis you’ll maintain and repair all electricals in any portable accommodation units within our range.  This will include testing and inspecting portable building and accommodation units. Electrical refurbishment on any cabins whether either depot based of carrying out site installations.

In the role of Electrician it's also really important that you communicate effectively, ensuring that your Line Manager and Customers are kept informed as required. Working alongside colleagues, you will be a great team player and take pride in your workplace and working environment, making sure that high standards are maintained whilst complying with company procedures and processes. 

About you -

  • ECS Gold card
  • Electrical testing and repairs
  • PAT testing experience
  • Able to work as part of a Team, supporting colleagues
  • Flexible and self-motivated, you’ll be keen to embrace new training opportunities, which may on occasion require staying away from home
  • You will need an IEE wiring regulations 18th Edition qualification.
  • Must hold a current UK driving licence
  • Hold a CSCS card
