**Electronics Digital Design Engineer | Defence and National Security**

Join a leading technical and engineering firm in the UK defence and national security space as an Electronics Digital Design Engineer. We're seeking a motivated and experienced professional to design and develop cutting-edge digital electronics for defence and electromagnetic warfare applications.

**Job Highlights:**

* Design and develop digital and analogue electronic circuits and systems for defence-related projects

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications

* Conduct hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of designs

* Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

* Design and develop FPGA-based systems for defence and electromagnetic warfare applications

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field

* Extensive experience in digital electronic design

* Knowledge of analogue circuit design desirable

* Knowledge of digital design tools (e.g., PCB CAD, Spice simulation, Altium)

* Experience with hardware verification and debugging techniques

* Familiarity with defence industry standards, security protocols, and electromagnetic warfare principles a plus

* Experience with FPGA design and development using languages such as VHDL or Verilog

* Experience with FPGA development tools such as Xilinx Vivado or Intel Quartus

* Experience with high-level synthesis and C-based design flows
