Job Requirements:
- Maximise Customer Awareness of all Retailer Services.
- Ensure Highest Level of Customer Care.
- Maintain Excellent Administration.
- Help Retailer to leave industry leading standards of process efficiency.
- Engage Fully with the latest Digital Tools.
- To ensure you are fully trained and authorised to sell finance and insurance products.
Essential Skills / Experience:
- Experience of working in a similar aftersales / service role
- Excellent Customer Satisfaction
- Confident Communication Skills
- Compliance
- Organisational Skills and Manage Customer appointments
- Full UK Driving Licence
