Our client is one of the UK's fastest growing autocentre chains. With just under 200 centres in the UK, you will be working with a company that has a number of awards and is recognised nationally in the Automotive industry.

Job Requirements:

  • Maximise Customer Awareness of all Retailer Services.
  • Ensure Highest Level of Customer Care.
  • Maintain Excellent Administration.
  • Help Retailer to leave industry leading standards of process efficiency.
  • Engage Fully with the latest Digital Tools.
  • To ensure you are fully trained and authorised to sell finance and insurance products.

Essential Skills / Experience:

  • Experience of working in a similar aftersales / service role
  • Excellent Customer Satisfaction
  • Confident Communication Skills
  • Compliance
  • Organisational Skills and Manage Customer appointments
  • Full UK Driving Licence
