A fantastic company with an outstanding reputation is looking to recruit an EA to support the board over the next few months. This is a true EA role in that you will need to be the Directors right hand person and will provide support with Events and Projects as well as day to day operations. You will be working alongside another EA so will have support and guidance when necessary.This role offers a large amount of responsibility and would suit an experienced EA who enjoys a varied role with a large amount of autonomy. In order to be considered you must have previous experience working to a high level and will need amazing communication skills. Although this is initially a temp role, it could turn into a permanent position for the right person.

The RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a business. It is a really busy role as you will be responsible for providing day to day support to the board. You will be a true right hand support, aiming to be one step ahead and will be required to juggle a variety of tasks on a daily basis. You will need to possess a high level of tact and diplomacy.

Duties will include:

  • Complex Diary Management including travel scheduling
  • Arranging and co-ordinating meetings
  • Organising and running events
  • Taking notes and producing meeting minutes
  • Representing the Directors and responding to queries.
  • Managing the Directors inbox
  • Document Production
  • Recruitment Support

Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role you must have previous EA experience at board level. You will need to be discreet and professional in nature and have amazing communication skills. You will also need to have the ability to prioritise workloads, strong IT skills including Outlook and experience with complex travel arrangements. You will naturally be pro-active and self motivated and enjoy a true EA support role.
