The key responsibilities for the Executive Assistant role are:

Provide high-level executive and personal support to senior leadership

Manage complex diaries, scheduling internal and external meetings

Organise international and domestic travel, including visas, itineraries, and accommodation

Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items

Handle confidential information and sensitive documents with discretion

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
