Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking company with a strong presence across Europe and globally, is seeking a dedicated and highly organised Part-Time Personal Assistant with fluent French to support their CEO initially on a 6-month contract with a view to permanent. This dynamic role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, ensuring no two days are the same. The successful candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and exceptional organisational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and gather relevant information to support business operations.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and document organisation.
  • Manage and respond to phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
  • Maintain office calendars and coordinate meetings or appointments.
  • Assist in making travel arrangements and securing accommodations for the CEO and senior management.
  • Provide support on various administrative projects and ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Ensure the office environment remains clean, organised, and well-maintained.
  • Liaise with vendors to manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and external service providers.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent in both written and spoken French and English.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent internet research capabilities, particularly in emerging technologies such as AI.
  • Proven ability to source and procure products or services at competitive prices using online platforms and databases.
  • Strong report-writing skills, with the ability to present research findings clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general IT competency.
