About the Company:Our client, a well-established and reputable company in the Bishops Waltham area, is seeking to recruit a secretary/administrator to join their friendly team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a company that values their staff and has a beautiful working environment. The role is office-based Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively within a small, supportive team.
  • Answering the telephone and taking of messages.
  • Meet and greet clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Typing of correspondence and reports.
  • Preparation of company particulars.
  • Manage filing systems effectively.
  • Provide general secretarial/ administrative support as required.

Requirements:

  • Well-presented with a professional approach.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Highly organised and efficient.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Stable career history.
  • Competency in IT skills, including MS Word and Excel.
