Our client, an award winning and multi branch law firm are looking for a full time Archiving Assistant to work on an archiving project across all of their offices.
Some of the duties will include
- Complete all file archiving processes across all offices in Hampshire, West Sussex and Wiltshire.
- Printing, scanning and photocopying documents is required, as well as binding and finishing documents.
- Closure of files as required by the departments and fee earners.
- Some lifting and carrying of boxes of documents.
- Ensuring both the recording of storage locations and arranging storage and collection of archived files in conjunction with the firm’s off-site storage facility.
- Following legal compliance and regulations
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in a similar role within professional services.
- Have strong and clear communication skills.
- Be happy to do some lifting and carrying of boxes.
- Have a full driving licence – essential.
- Confident with using Microsoft Office systems and a Case Management System.
- Excellent attention to detail.
What they offer:
- Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm. This is full time and office based.
- Salary depending on experience £23,000 - £24,000
