Our client, an award winning and multi branch law firm are looking for a full time Archiving Assistant to work on an archiving project across all of their offices.

Some of the duties will include

  • Complete all file archiving processes across all offices in Hampshire, West Sussex and Wiltshire.
  • Printing, scanning and photocopying documents is required, as well as binding and finishing documents.
  • Closure of files as required by the departments and fee earners.
  • Some lifting and carrying of boxes of documents.
  • Ensuring both the recording of storage locations and arranging storage and collection of archived files in conjunction with the firm’s off-site storage facility.
  • Following legal compliance and regulations

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in a similar role within professional services.
  • Have strong and clear communication skills.
  • Be happy to do some lifting and carrying of boxes.
  • Have a full driving licence – essential.
  • Confident with using Microsoft Office systems and a Case Management System.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

What they offer:

  • Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm. This is full time and office based.
  • Salary depending on experience £23,000 - £24,000
