Description:

We are seeking to hire a Client Executive for our clients invoice finance team, responsible for managing credit control and front-line ledger risk. In this role, you will support the delivery of invoice finance services by conducting credit control and ledger verification, identifying risks to the company's security, and handling payment and cash processing tasks.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and debtors
  • Conduct credit control via telephone and email
  • Keep detailed and accurate records
  • Process and analyse invoices and credit notes
  • Prepare monthly financial reports
  • Issue payments in line with the mandate
  • Assist the invoice team in meeting its key objectives
  • Identify potential new business opportunities through collection activities
  • Handle daily processing of bank statements

Experience Required:

  • The candidate will need to demonstrate good team working skills and an aptitude in managing debtor relationships
  • Experience in credit control
  • IT literate and competency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Credible when engaging with business owners and ability to develop relationships
  • Organised with ability to manage time particularly when working under time pressures
  • GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English, or equivalent

In return for your hard work, you will earn a starting salary of £26,000 - £30,000 plus excellent benefits.
