We are recruiting for people to join our teams in the role of CFO Hub Manager/Delivery Manager. In this role you are responsible for the day-to-day performance and delivery of the team, including Support Workers, and Supply Chain Partners, supporting staff development and a culture of continuous improvement.You will oversee the referral process, build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, and lead the team to deliver effective performance to meet contractual and compliance obligations.

Location: This role will be based in the Portsmouth and Southampton Hub

Salary: £33,000 - £39,000 per annum

We are looking for people who have:

Experience in leading and coaching a team

Experience of using and analysing data to influence decision making

Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Demonstrable experience of effective performance management, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to team members.

Ability to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service Check at an Enhanced level.
