Finance Business Partner

CMA Recruitment Group is working with a division of a UK based Group in Southampton, to recruit a commercially minded and ambitious individual into this progressive position. Reporting into the local Finance Director, the Finance Business Partner will support business performance through providing more accurate and insightful business information and reporting.What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

• Partner closely with stakeholders to influence and challenge all aspects of business decisions and strategy as a key member of the relevant management team.
• Provide insightful and accurate analysis supporting business performance and tracking benefits.
• Develop business cases and lead prioritised projects and business opportunities.
• Project appraisal for significant capital projects and commercial opportunities.
• Analytical review of monthly business performance with stakeholders, identifying performance trends and opportunities.

Suitable candidate for Finance Business Partner:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified. 
• Possess an aptitude for financial analysis and strong commercial acumen.
• Ambitious, personable and proactive.
