Finance Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join an innovative and fast-growing company. This is an end-to-end role, combining hands-on financial management with high-level strategic tasks that support commercial decision-making. Reporting directly to the CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all ledger accounting, monthly management accounts, and financial reports.
Oversee company bank accounts, payment reports, and cash-flow projections.
Prepare and submit VAT returns and liaise with tax advisors on R&D Tax Credit claims.
Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management.
Manage the annual audit process and statutory accounts.
Oversee financial systems (Xero, Dext, ApprovalMax, Amici).
Company Secretarial support, including Companies House filings and share option administration.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in financial management.
A recognised accounting qualification (or significant practical experience).
Experience in a growing company, handling both hands-on and strategic finance tasks.
Desirable: Experience supporting or working as a Company Secretary.
