A private equity backed telecommunications service provider is looking to appoint a Group Finance Manager. Our client's portfolio of technology products and services gives its partners the competitive advantage to build more successful businesses

As the Group Finance Manager, you shall play a key role within the Finance team, responsible for managing all of the Group's management and statutory reporting processes as well as developing and leading on the technical accounting and control frameworks for the Group.

Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to;

  • Lead and development the monthly consolidation and management reporting process
  • Manage the annual statutory compliance process at both the consolidated and subsidiary levels
  • Oversee the technical accounting framework in accordance with IFRS
  • Manage and enhance the Groups liquidity forecasting and reporting process
  • Develop and maintain the Groups financial and tax risk assessment and control framework
  • Support with the continuous development of the financial system and processes

In order to succeed in the role;

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA)
  • Experience of working within industry
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work with high volumes of data
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • People management experience
