Head of Finance

Venture Recruitment Partners are proud to be recruiting a Head of Finance opportunity with of the region's most recognisable hospitality and leisure groups.Having recently signed a strategic acquisition partnership, this is a great time to join a dynamic business at the forefront of industry innovation.

As a key member of the Finance leadership team, this role will help shape the direction of the company, ensuring the delivery of several exciting commercial projects.You will be responsible for an autonomous team of three and partner closely with various senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production of monthly Management Accounts, including Profit and Loss accounts, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Preparation of Board Finance Reports and attendance at Quarterly Board meetings.
• Coordination and generation of budgets and forecasts, including weekly wage and revenue analysis.
• Review of business financial performance and identification of areas for improvement.
• Oversight of working capital, including billing, collection, and debtor management.
• Management of fixed asset registers.
